Experiential Design & Pre-Viz

Phase 03
Content Build & Pre-Production
We build the rig, wrap branded skins, load and calibrate content, and rehearse the run-of-show with your agency and talent team. Everything is tested in our Atlanta warehouse so opening day in New York, Miami, or LA runs like it's the tenth show, not the first.
Phase 04
Truck Pack & Market Rollout
Gear is pre-wrapped in brand graphics, color-coded, and trucked in strict load-out order. Spare LED panels, redundant consoles, backup media servers, and a deep consumables kit travel with every activation — because your flagship pop-up can't go dark at 5 p.m. in a new market.

Activation Day & Brand Experience
