Lighting Designer
Creates the visual concept, fixture plot, and color palette for your event. Reviews rider specs, coordinates with other departments, and directs the creative vision from concept to showtime.
Lighting Programmer
Builds show files in grandMA3, Hog 4, or ChamSys with timecode sync, busking pages, and cue-to-cue sequences. Pre-programs in WYSIWYG/Capture and refines on site.
Lighting Director
Operates your show in real time from the lighting position. Calls cues, adjusts looks live, coordinates with stage management, and runs contingency protocols when needed.
Lighting Technician
Handles rigging, fixture hang and focus, cable runs, dimmer rack setup, and on-site maintenance. Ensures every fixture hits its mark and every connection is solid.
