Local Site Visit & Discovery

Because we're headquartered in Marietta, we can walk your Cobb County venue in person — Cobb Galleria, Cobb Energy, Marietta Square, a hotel ballroom, or an outdoor park — within a day of your call. We measure the room, check power and rigging points, and scope sightlines before a single quote line is written.

Phase 02

Design & Transparent Proposal

Our producers design the staging, LED, lighting, and audio package to your room and budget, then return a line-itemed proposal with no out-of-town travel padding. You see exactly what each element costs, drawn from inventory already sitting in our Kingston Court warehouse.

Phase 03

Warehouse Prep & Load Build

Every system is prep-tested and pre-built at our Marietta HQ before it ships. Stages, walls, fixtures, and rigging are labeled and packed in load order — a short drive from the warehouse to your Cobb County dock, not a cross-state haul.

Phase 04

Load-In, Build & Soundcheck

Our full-time crew arrives early, builds stage, flies PA, focuses lighting, and maps LED on schedule. We already know the loading docks and house power at the major Cobb venues, so soundcheck starts on time instead of troubleshooting an unfamiliar room.

Phase 05

Showtime & On-Site Support
