Multi-City Wine & Music Festival Production with Stage, Sound, Lighting & LED

Celebrez En Rose is a Black-owned, picnic-style wine and music festival built around rose, with a mandatory pink-and-white dress code. It launched in Atlanta in 2018, toured four cities in 2022, and returned to Houston, Atlanta, and the DMV in 2023.
Rocket worked multiple stops on the tour, including the 2022 stop on the National Harbor waterfront and the 2023 stops at Piedmont Park in Atlanta on May 7 and at Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods in Columbia, Maryland. For the Atlanta show, headlined by Ginuwine and Mya, the festival team sent Rocket the LED playback files: up-next videos for each act and a runway show video.

A New Site at Every Stop
Each stop of the tour lands at a different outdoor site: a riverfront lawn, a city park, a wooded amphitheater lawn. The stage and screens have to suit the site while keeping the same pink-and-white festival look, with guests on picnic blankets across the lawn.
A Festival Stage Package for Each Site
At each stop the stage was built for the site, with line arrays on either side, stage lighting, and LED screens carrying festival graphics. At the Atlanta show, the screens played the festival's up-next video for each act and a runway show video between performances.
