Every fraternity runs the same calendar rhythm: one massive party in the fall, one in the spring. These aren't regular chapter events — they're the nights your members plan around, the ones alumni show up for, and the ones that define the chapter's reputation for the semester. Production has to match that weight.
We build the production around the venue and the vibe your chapter is going for. Hotel ballrooms, event halls, rooftop spaces — each one has different acoustics, different power infrastructure, and a different feel when you walk in. We assess the room before we quote so the system sounds right on the night, not after load-in when it's too late to fix it.
A full party production package includes a DJ-ready PA that fills the room without distorting, uplighting that transforms the space, wireless mic for announcements, and an LED video wall or screen for photo montages and chapter content. Moving heads, custom gobos, and pipe-and-drape are available for chapters that want to go all out. Spring dates book by January. Fall dates fill by September.

Greek Week Concerts & Step Show Production
Greek week concerts and step shows are the highest-visibility events in the annual chapter calendar — they draw the broadest audience and carry the most institutional and cultural weight. Production at this scale is outdoor concert production, not party AV.
We bring a complete production footprint: portable stage sized to the performance and audience, line array PA system with sub stacks, front truss lighting rig with moving heads, barricade, and full crew. Step shows require precise audio for performance tracks and live mixing — our engineers are experienced with the format.
For multi-act Greek week lineups, we handle stage changeovers and production continuity between performers. Site survey, campus coordination, and power planning are included.
Philanthropy Galas & Rush Events
Philanthropy galas require a different production sensibility than concert events. The goal is an elevated, polished environment that reinforces the cause and reflects well on the chapter. Professional lighting design, clean audio for speakers and presentations, and LED video for cause messaging are the production priorities.
Rush and recruitment events — preference nights, bid days, sisterhood and brotherhood events — benefit from production that creates atmosphere without overwhelming the social experience. We scope appropriately: a preference night needs ambiance, a bid day celebration needs energy.
For bid day outdoor celebrations and quad events, we deploy pop-up stages and PA that install quickly, run the event, and clear before the chapter needs the space for the next activity.
Off-Campus, On-Campus, Everywhere In Between
Greek events span a wider venue range than almost any other campus programming category. A chapter might host their philanthropy gala at a hotel ballroom, their bid day celebration on the quad, their formal at an off-campus event venue, and their Greek week concert on the athletic field — sometimes in the same semester. Each venue has different power infrastructure, acoustic profiles, load-in logistics, and institutional requirements.
We conduct a venue advance for every event — assessing available power circuits, room acoustics, load-in access, and any venue-specific restrictions before we finalize the production plan. For campus events, we work within university event approval timelines and provide the documentation that facilities, risk management, and campus police require. For off-campus venues, we coordinate directly with venue management on load-in windows, power access, and room setup.
For chapters at SEC schools, private colleges, and HBCUs across Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, and Alabama — we understand the institutional differences and adapt accordingly.
