Arena & Amphitheater Production
Full-scale production for 10,000–25,000+ seat arenas and amphitheaters. Flown PA, intelligent lighting, LED IMAG, and a dedicated crew that knows the venue before they walk in.
Arena-Grade Production at Scale
One production team deploys flown line arrays, ground support rigging, multi-camera IMAG, and intelligent lighting for 10,000–25,000+ seat venues. We know the load-in protocols and venue contacts before we arrive.
Arena Audio Systems
Line arrays sized for 10,000–25,000+ seats with delay coverage and sub arrays — tuned by our engineers for the room.
Ground Support & Rigging
Arena-grade towers, motors, and rigging with full structural engineering. Our riggers handle the math and the safety.
LED Video & IMAG
High-res LED walls and multi-camera IMAG so every seat gets the show — operated by our video crew.
Intelligent Lighting
Moving heads, LED wash, follow spots, and timecode programming — designed and run by our lighting team.
Amphitheater Production
Open-air production with weather contingency, generator power, and acoustic optimization for outdoor venues.
Venue Coordination
We coordinate directly with arena staff on load-in, rigging, power, and rider fulfillment — no middlemen.
Technical Detail
How We Execute
How Arena Production Differs from Other Venues
Arena production operates at a different scale. Audio covers 10,000–25,000+ seats across multiple tiers. Lighting requires structural engineering for flown truss or ground support. Video walls must be sized for rear-of-house sightlines. Crew sizes scale to 15–40+ technicians. We advance every element weeks before load-in with venue staff and artist management — so nothing gets figured out on show day.
Load-In, Changeover & Strike Operations
Arena load-ins begin 8–12 hours before doors for single-day shows. Load-out takes 3–6 hours. Multi-show days compress everything — changeovers happen in 30–90 minutes. Our PMs build department schedules that sequence rigging, audio, lighting, video, and backline in parallel. You get an efficient build without the chaos.
IATSE Coordination & Union Crews
Most major arenas operate under IATSE jurisdiction. We coordinate with local chapters for stagehands, riggers, and skilled positions. Our PMs handle call times, department assignments, and crew management within venue labor requirements. We have established relationships with IATSE locals across the Southeast.
Amphitheater Weather Contingency
Outdoor amphitheater shows maintain weather plans with covered equipment storage, weather-rated connectors, and action thresholds for wind, rain, and lightning. Setup schedules include buffer time. Our PM makes go/no-go decisions based on real-time data and venue protocols.
Southeast Arena & Amphitheater Network
We produce at State Farm Arena, Gas South Arena, Cadence Bank Amphitheatre, Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, and other major venues across the Southeast. We know the rigging points, power drops, dock logistics, and house systems before we arrive — which means less setup time and no surprises.
