Festival Production
Multi-stage festivals with independent production per stage — one team manages every stage, every changeover, and every system under one contract.
Production Capabilities
Six production disciplines under one team — built for multi-stage festivals where coordination between stages makes or breaks the event.
Multi-Stage Production
Independent production per stage with dedicated crews — you deal with one production partner instead of a different vendor at each stage.
Main Stage & Headliner Systems
Concert-grade line arrays, moving heads, LED walls, and stage structures built for headliner acts and 75,000+ crowds.
Secondary & Specialty Stages
Scaled production for side stages, DJ tents, acoustic stages — each right-sized for the format without cutting corners.
Power Distribution & Generators
We handle the entire power infrastructure — generators, fuel, cam-lock distribution, and clean power across the full footprint.
Site Infrastructure & Logistics
Cable management, stage placement, load-in scheduling, and site engineering — handled internally so you focus on the event.
Weather Contingency & Safety
Real-time monitoring, wind-load calculations, and contingency protocols. We've produced through Southeast weather for years.

How We Execute
How Multi-Stage Festivals Actually Work
Each stage runs as an independent production with dedicated department heads — audio, lighting, stage management, video. A site-wide PM coordinates between stages, managing shared power, backline, and runner support. You deal with one production partner instead of separate vendors per stage, which eliminates the coordination gaps that cause changeover delays and finger-pointing.
Main Stage Engineering
Headliner main stages require concert-grade line arrays, intelligent lighting with timecode, LED walls for IMAG and content, and stage structures rated for the load. We advance every element with artist management weeks before the event. FOH and monitor positions built for artist-level mixing — not compromised setups.
Festival Build Timelines
A 2–3 stage community festival typically requires 2–3 days of build. A 5+ stage music festival needs 5–7 days including site prep, power installation, stage construction, system deployment, testing, and safety inspections. We build the schedule, account for weather, and coordinate with other site vendors.
Overnight Operations & Multi-Day Logistics
Multi-day festivals need overnight security, safe shutdown procedures, equipment protection, and morning system verification before programming begins. We manage all of it — fuel deliveries, generator maintenance, and equipment checks happen during overnight windows without you having to coordinate a separate crew.
Southeast Festival Deployment
Our Atlanta headquarters deploys across Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, and Alabama. We've produced pride festivals, music festivals, community celebrations, and municipal events throughout the region. We already know the local permitting, venue contacts, and weather patterns.
