The National Fried Chicken Festival, presented by Raising Cane's, is a two-day food and music festival on the New Orleans Lakefront, produced by The Spears Group.
The festival pairs food vendors with live music across its weekend. The Entergy Stage faced a lawn where festivalgoers set up chairs, umbrellas, and tents along the lakefront, with a separate LED screen beside the stage.
Stage production for the Entergy Stage: a roofed stage with flown line arrays, an LED backdrop behind the performers, lighting across the roof truss, and a separate LED screen on a truss frame for the crowd.

A Main Stage on the Lakefront
The festival runs on open lakefront lawn, so the stage, screens, and sound were all brought in. The Entergy Stage had to play to a crowd spread across the grass in chairs and under umbrellas, from bright afternoon sun through sunset.
Festival Stage with a Second Screen
The Entergy Stage was a roofed stage with line arrays flown on both sides, an LED backdrop behind the band, and lighting across the roof truss. A separate LED screen on a truss frame beside the stage gave the crowd farther back a closer view.
