Convention centers, arenas, hotel ballrooms, and dedicated esports facilities all work for competitive gaming events. We advance each venue for power capacity, internet infrastructure, rigging points, and HVAC capacity — gaming equipment generates significant heat that needs to be factored into venue planning.

For major tournaments and arena events, 3-4 months advance booking is recommended. Smaller LAN events and corporate gaming activations can typically be confirmed with 6-8 weeks of lead time.

Our scope focuses on the stage, AV, and broadcast production environment — not the gaming hardware itself. We design and build the player station infrastructure (desks, monitor mounts, power, cable management) and work with your hardware sponsor or rental partner to integrate their equipment into our production build.
