Outdoor Concert Production
We bring the entire venue to your location — mobile staging, generator-fed power, and full production for outdoor concerts at any scale.
Production Capabilities
Six production disciplines under one roof — deployed as one coordinated team for outdoor venues.
Mobile Stage Deployment
Hydraulic and modular stage systems we own and deploy — your stage shows up on our truck with our crew.
Generator Power & Distribution
We handle the entire power infrastructure — generators, fuel, cam-lock distribution, and clean power to every department.
Open-Air Audio Systems
Line arrays optimized for outdoor propagation with delay towers and sub arrays — tuned by our engineers for your site.
Weather Contingency
Real-time monitoring, go/no-go timelines, and equipment protection protocols built for Southeast weather.
LED Video & Lighting
Outdoor-rated LED walls and intelligent lighting designed to perform in ambient-light conditions.
Site Infrastructure
Cable management, ground protection, barricade coordination, and site plan engineering — all handled internally.
Technical Detail
How We Execute
Building a Venue from Scratch
Outdoor concert production means building a complete performance venue where none exists — stage, PA, lighting, video, power, cable paths, and FOH position. We handle all of it. You don't need to coordinate separate staging, audio, and power vendors. One team brings the entire technical environment, builds it, tests it, runs it, and strikes it.
Power Engineering for Outdoor Events
We engineer the power infrastructure as part of the overall production plan. A basic outdoor show may require 100-200 amps of three-phase power. A full-scale production with line arrays, automated lighting, LED walls, and video may require 400-800+ amps. We handle generator placement, sound-attenuated units, cable runs, and fuel logistics — so power is one less thing you have to think about.
Outdoor Audio Coverage Design
Open-air sound behaves differently — it dissipates faster, wind affects high-frequency propagation, and temperature inversions can redirect sound toward neighbors. Our engineers design coverage patterns specific to your site geometry, audience depth, and noise ordinance requirements. Delay towers, sub arrays, and coverage mapping are built into the system design from the start.
Permitting & Regulatory Coordination
Outdoor concerts typically require event permits, noise variances, temporary structure approvals, and sometimes fire marshal review. We coordinate with your team and local authorities during planning to ensure everything is in place before load-in. We've navigated these processes across municipalities throughout the Southeast.
Southeast Outdoor Deployment
We produce outdoor concerts at parks, fairgrounds, fields, parking lots, and temporary venues throughout Atlanta and the Southeast. Regional knowledge means we already understand local permitting, noise ordinances, weather patterns, and the logistics of producing at locations without permanent infrastructure.
